Established in 2003,Shandong Huayun New Material Co.,Ltd. is specialized in the production of galvanized steel sheet, color coated steel sheet, printing steel plate, embossed steel plate and a household appliance steel plate.
Our co***ny covers an area of about 180 thousand square meters, with total assets of RMB 439 million.Our annual sales income is RMB 1.81 billion and tax is RMB 150 million.In 2004 our co***ny was awarded in the hi-tech enterprises in Shandong Province and had been entitled to engage in the import and export business.We also passed the approval of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quantity Management System in 2007. For the realization of automatically continuous operation, our co***ny adopts the advanced "Improved Sendzimir" continuous falvanizing process in the hot-dip galvanizing plate production line with an annual capacity of 150 thousand tons. With adopting this technology, our product has a good processing performance.It has been widely used in construction, electrical appliances manufacturing, household decoration, container manufacturing and package industry. The design of our color-coated steel plate production line with annual capacity of 100 thousand tons and major equipments are provided by Korea GALVATEC Co***ny. We adopt bi-painting and bi-drying coating technology and the manufacturing facility is one of the most advanced production equipment in Shandong Province at present.
In 2010, our co***ny had invested RMB 460 million for new cold rolling production line, 2 sets of mill 1150, 1 set of mill 1450, and 1 piece of pickling production line , which ensures the supply of raw materials that are used to product the production of high-quality pre-painted galvanized, stretchs industrial chain and actually enhances the competitiveness of the industry.
